Convincely Enterprise Solutions Delivery Team

Currently managing customised software solutions for a portfolio of 25 clients, the Enterprise Solutions team is expected to grow its client base by an additional 6-8 clients this year. Our team of designers, developers and QA testers work together on a variety of client projects concurrently to deliver change requests and new features for our client’s platform.

As we continue to grow our team, Convincely is in search of a business analyst to be based in our Melbourne team. Working closely with the Delivery Lead, the key objective of the role is to help support a number of process improvement initiatives spanning across Convincely’s operations as well as assisting with everyday BAU activities.

This is a great opportunity for a business analyst who is looking to branch into a project management role in future. However, as we are a start-up, there are also opportunities to shape your career once inside Convincely.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting Manager: Dona Meyer (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dona-meyer/)

  • Support with defining current and future processes, procedures and business rules
  • Undertake process analysis tasks and define solutions based on the understanding of subject matter
  • Support with preparing project status reports
  • Support with project deliveries within scope, budget and timelines

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a business analyst with a background in agile software delivery, project management and process improvements. The successful candidate will find the dynamic and entrepreneurial nature of this role, in a high-growth, yet casual and relaxed working environment, stimulating and exciting. An enthusiastic, can-do, hands-on approach is essential to be successful in this role

  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
  • Experience planning and delivery of digital projects

  • Proven experience in process design and development
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Can-do’, ‘Hands-on’ and continuous improvement mindset

The following skills and experiences will be an advantage but not essential:

  • High proficiency in Google sheets/Excel
  • Experience working across global teams
  • Knowledge and use of Asana / Confluence / or similar tools
  • Previous work experience in a digital agency environment
