As Performance Director, you’ll lead enterprise-level CRO and digital strategy programs, managing key accounts across Australia. This role is not just about client relationship management—it’s about acting as a trusted strategic consultant and thought leader, helping clients leverage data, experimentation, and personalisation to maximise performance.
You’ll need a strong analytical mindset, deep subject matter expertise in CRO, and the ability to translate insights into action. You will be the driving force behind our clients’ growth strategies, running high-impact CRO programs, designing A/B testing roadmaps, and providing expert consultation on optimising digital experiences.

✅ 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRO, digital strategy, or consultancy roles.
✅ Strong expertise in conversion rate optimisation, including A/B testing, data analytics, and behavioural insights.
✅ Proven experience in leading enterprise-level client engagements, driving measurable results.
✅ Consultative mindset—you can think critically, challenge assumptions, and develop tailored strategies for each client.
✅ Advanced analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize), heatmaps, and session replay tools.
✅ Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—you can turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Experience managing cross-functional teams, working with UX, development, and marketing teams to execute digital growth strategies.
✅ A passion for data-driven decision-making and thought leadership, keeping up with the latest trends in CRO, marketing strategy, and SaaS-based digital experiences.
